C2C Win Employer of the Year!
We were delighted to pick up Employer of the Year last night, for the second time, at Lancaster & Morecambe College Apprentice Awards – having previously won in 2016.
Every year the college like to celebrate their apprentices, their employers and the success stories that have happened over the year at its Annual Awards Ceremony.
Our IT & Systems Apprentice, Lee Owen nominated us, saying, “winning the Apprentice Employer of the year award is true recognition for the hard work and commitment shown by every member of the Connect 2 Cleanrooms team in encouraging and developing the skills and abilities of all apprentices.
“Every apprentice feels a valued member of the team and has thoroughly enjoyed their apprenticeship. Every apprentice has been offered full time positions over the last 3 years and have since begun additional qualifications to continue their learning and development.
“I would like to say a massive thank you to C2C for their help and support over the past year. I am certainly looking forward to my future within the company and seeing the next group of apprentices join our team.”

We’re so excited to have won the award as we are proud of offering apprenticeships to give the next generation a chance to learn vital skills and grow with us.
