Cleanroom Design and Build Projects – August 2021
It’s August and one industry that seems to be having a hot summer is medical plastics. We’ve been hearing from several clients—new and existing—who are expanding their operations due to increased demand from the healthcare sector.
We’ve been working on a Custom-built hardwall cleanroom extension for an injection moulding client that needs coverage on two 100 tonne Arburg 420C machines. Our sliding canopies provide overhead access to tooling, making our hardwall modular cleanrooms the perfect engineered solution for injection moulders. As another client, who has just re-appointed us to deliver a new 30m2 ISO Class 7 cleanroom, can surely testify.
Our Ready-to-ship range is serving our clients well and in August we completed an install of four softwall Master Units in just two days for a pharmaceutical client. Our LinkedIn followers may have seen the transformation video that shows this install in a click of the fingers—as if by magic.
It is widely known that our Installation and Validation team are used to working their magic, as demonstrated by some customer feedback this month from a leading physics lab. Following an install of a modular hardwall cleanroom with A/C, the client took time out of their day to ask us to pass on thanks to the Installation and Validation engineer for their help and dedication.
Meanwhile, our team are working on delivering a major project for the healthcare industry. But we can’t say anymore on this for now.
