Cleanroom Design and Build Projects - March 2022

In the month that the clocks finally went forward, we’ve served sectors across the board—from biopharmaceuticals to aerospace.

Only a few months ago, we delivered some cleverly-engineered cleanrooms for a semiconductor manufacturer in the Netherlands. There were six mobile units—three ISO 5 and three ISO 6—that could clamp together to form a larger zone. They were placed inside an existing ISO 7 cleanroom to create a mini environment. Our customer must be pleased with them as they’ve come back to us for more.

Creating bespoke solutions to solve contamination control problems is part of our DNA and our modular cleanrooms support our clients to stagger their investment. It’s not just smaller companies who benefit from this approach, a global life sciences company has come back to us for an extension to their softwall cleanroom this March.

As for the large-scale cleanroom we are delivering as part of the UK-wide project to develop the UK’s clean and resilient supply chains in power electronics, machines, and drives (PEMD) —that’s running ahead of schedule. The envelope build is complete, now the team on site is installing the vision panels.

Finally, thanks to those clients who’ve visited our head office in March. A number of customers have visited our showroom to see the types of build we offer and to discuss proposals. If you’d like to visit us you are welcome to book an appointment. Alternatively, we can come to you, or you could arrange to see us at one of the many exhibitions we are attending in 2022.
