Cleanroom Design & Build Blog – October 2022

In October we delivered scalable cleanrooms for our clients. In fact, whether we are building modular cleanrooms or GMP manufacturing plants, our clients can always be sure that the investment in their cleanroom is future-proofed for growth and expansion.

Continuing our work in the battery sector, we’ve been appointed to deliver a pilot plant for battery R&D. Humidity is the most important environmental parameter for this client, which is why the dry room will achieve -40dp. We can’t wait to share more details on this facility in the coming months.

Working with us to deliver cleanrooms across multiple sites allows our clients to standardise production specifications. One client who is doing just that is a specialist printer. Following on from installing an ISO cleanroom for them in the UK, we’ve now been contracted for another site in the USA.

An industry that certainly appreciates our flexible cleanrooms is the fast-paced E-liquid sector. In October alone, we’ve worked with two e-liquid manufacturers.  Both companies have outgrown their initial production space, so we were appointed to extend and relocate their cleanrooms. A chemicals manufacturer has also appointed us to extend a cleanroom and a long-standing injection moulding client has just appointed us for their 14th cleanroom!

We are beginning designs on a GMP lab and cleanroom suite in Cheshire and elsewhere, in mainland Europe, we’re designing a GMP cleanroom for a German company producing fabric for biomedical devices.

We will be exhibiting at Precision Fair in the Netherlands 16-17th November, so if you’re based in Europe and considering a cleanroom project — be sure to visit us on stand 426 for a meeting.

If you’d like to talk to us about your next cleanroom project get in touch today and we’ll start the ball rolling.
