Our Halton team is expanding, and we have two roles available:

Project Co-ordinator

• Full-time, permanent role
• Based in Halton, Lancaster

Key Responsibilities

We have a fantastic track record of delivering furniture fit-out projects and ready-to-ship cleanrooms, as well as scoping technical products to support our clients such as Laminar Flow Cabinets and Fume Cupboards. Don’t worry about the technical details, we will teach you everything you need to know – but you have to want to get involved and be the central cog between our sales and operations teams and the customer. And it probably goes without saying, but your customer service skills need to be second to none!

We are open to applications from a range of candidates – you may already be an experienced Project Administrator or Co-ordinator, or you might be trying to get your first foot on the ladder. Either way, we’d love to hear from you.

Accounts Payable Assistant

• Part-time, fixed term role
• Based in Halton, Lancaster

Key Responsibilities

To support the Finance Department, within a Shared Service setting the ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting software and data entry with a keen eye for detail.

• Invoice processing – direct or via matching to purchase orders, includes employee expenses.
• Payment processing
• Statement reconciliations
• Query resolution.
• Garnering invoice approvals from buyers
• Handling incoming calls to the department
