UltraTech Precision Flush Cleanroom System
The UltraTech Precision Flush panel system creates a fully flush and impervious cleanroom envelope, which is preferred for production in each grade of GMP facilities due to the minimum number of projecting ledges. A true cleanroom panel, each insulated panel is pre-engineered off site to the correct size and then interlocked and sealed during assembly for a clean and efficient installation on site.
The wall and ceiling panels integrate with the UltraTech Precision range of fully flush doors, windows, lighting and profiles to create the perfect custom design for your cleanroom.
The system offers a range of accessories including integrated air return panels, which take up a much lower amount of space than traditional low-level ducted extract routes. The UltraTech Precision range of fully flush doors, windows and integrated service ways create the ultimate ledge-free environment.
The panels are 100% inspected for quality and utilise a CLEANsafe 120 coating to give a fully smooth finish. Panels are tested to withstand rigorous cleanroom cleaning procedures and products.

Door Interlocking System
The system ensures that there is at least one locked door between the internal and external cleanroom environment. This creates an airlock to protect the integrity of the clean environment. The system can be integrated with single leaf, double leaf and sliding doors, and red and green LED indicator/push buttons are integrated into each door frame.
