As Angstrom Technology specialise in modular cleanrooms, cleanroom installation is a smooth and clean process of assembling pre-engineered components. Our cleanroom installation team has a wide range of qualifications to ensure they are technically competent to install your softwall, hardwall, or monobloc cleanroom. Most have professional certification from the CTCB-I, and our newer team members work towards it as associates.
Angstrom Technology are a full cleanroom lifecycle provider, meaning we have the ability to manage the cleanroom installation process from start to finish, from concept and design through to cleanroom validation and facility handover.
Cleanroom Design
Our experienced cleanroom design teams can support you with all aspects of the design and specification requirements of your cleanroom project, bringing experience and knowledge of traditional and specialist cleanroom panel systems. We can assist from project conception to facility handover and validation, with feasibility studies, Capex / budget costs, design for tender process or as part of a design and build project.
Project Management & Cleanroom Installation
Whether you need a cleanroom built from scratch or a cleanroom extension or relocation — a dedicated Angstrom Technology Project Manager or Site Lead will be in place for the installation to manage communication between our team and yours. Having a single point of contact ensures the cleanroom build runs smoothly and gives you continuity throughout the project.
Risk assessments and method statements will be in place to guide the I&V team, and they will wear appropriate PPE. As well as following our rigorous H&S measures on site, we will also adhere to your site inductions and policies.
Cleanroom Validation and Facility Handover
Angstrom Technology’s in-house team of experienced technicians is CTCB-i qualified to perform cleanroom qualification testing services. Our technicians have extensive cleanroom validation training and a wide range of qualifications to ensure they are technically competent to test and validate your cleanroom. Any projects with a requirement for GMP compliance will have dedicated oversight from our in-house GMP team.
